When you create an account, contact a project, or share your requirements, we collect:

• Name, mobile number, and email address
• City, location, property, and budget preferences
• Occupation / company details and profile photo, where you provide them
• Communication records and any message you submit

We automatically collect basic technical data — IP address, device and browser type, operating system, session logs, and time zone — and usage data such as searches, saved and viewed projects, ratings submitted, and time spent on pages. With your permission, we may collect approximate or precise location for nearby recommendations, commute analysis, and maps; you can disable location access in your device settings. If applicable, we may collect home-loan and financing preferences and income range; we do not store complete card details unless legally required.

We use your data to provide platform services, improve recommendations and our livability ratings, route enquiries to the relevant developer or partner, respond to you, detect fraud or abuse, personalise content, provide support, send updates and alerts, and meet legal obligations. We only process data for these specified purposes.

By submitting your details, you authorise Propgrade and its partners to contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and push notification regarding property recommendations, project updates, site visits, surveys, loan offers, and market insights. This consent applies even if your number is registered under DND/NDNC, subject to applicable law. You may opt out at any time through the unsubscribe link or by writing to privacy@propgrade.in.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which is free, specific, informed, and given by a clear affirmative action. You have the right to access a summary of your data, request correction or erasure, nominate another person, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal in writing remains valid until acted upon, after which we stop processing except where the law requires otherwise. We share your enquiry details with relevant developers, builders, channel partners, and financial institutions so they can respond to you, and with analytics, advertising, CRM, and cloud-infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information to government or legal authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect rights and safety. Our data is hosted on Supabase. We do not sell your personal data.

Integrated third-party services — such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, maps providers, payment gateways, WhatsApp, and CRM tools — may collect information independently under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser; some features may not work without them. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We apply commercially reasonable safeguards — encryption, access controls, secure servers, and monitoring — but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and use of the platform is at your own risk. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Propgrade is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. Your information may be processed on servers located outside your state or country, subject to appropriate safeguards.
